10 Day Returns

At Capilli, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the Capilli Growth System or other qualifying products, we offer a 10-day money back return from the date of delivery. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@capilli.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned item we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, from the date of delivery.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return to ensure its safe arrival.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is returned in poor condition due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow our care instructions.
